Cancellation Refund Terms 

To receive refunds for cancellation of tour packages that have been booked in accordance with our procedures and requirements and policies are as follows
Cancellations and full refunds can only be made for orders made more than 30 calendar days before arrival. We will refund 100% of the full amount minus shipping costs. Cancellations and refunds 14 days . before arrival, refunds can only be returned in the amount of 30% of the total bill on the invoice  .For cancellations from 10 to the day of arrival, tours longer than 2 days cannot be refunded in full for any reason Unless the error is caused by our company, all funds will be returned in full
